When to use the APK instead of the Play Store
Google Play's content policy currently blocks real-money fantasy cricket apps, so iplfantasynow distributes the Android build as a signed APK from the official website. Sideloading is required for first install. The APK is signed with the iplfantasynow release certificate; signature verification runs automatically when Android installs the file. If Play Protect blocks the install with a 'harmful app' warning, dismiss it and retry - this is the standard Play Protect behaviour for any app distributed outside the Play Store.

The current APK is named iplfantasynow-release.apk and weighs 38.4 MB. The SHA-256 checksum is published on the install page; verifying the checksum before install confirms the file has not been modified in transit. The build target is API 34 (Android 14) with a minimum target of API 26 (Android 8.0 Oreo). 64-bit ARM is required. x86 builds are not currently published.
Step-by-step sideload instructions

What to do if the install fails
Most install failures trace to one of three causes: Play Protect blocking the file, insufficient storage, or a previous version still installed. If Play Protect blocks, open the Play Protect entry in Play Store settings and pause it for this install. If storage is low, clear at least 200 MB before retrying. If a previous version is installed, uninstall it first; the app does not auto-upgrade across major versions.
